The minimum charge is $68.00 and is applicable to all repairs.
We will not provide estimates for repairs
that total less than $175.00. The minimum charge shall apply to all out of
warranty {contract} repairs.

3) We do not service DAT, Minidisc, or CD players and
recorders with the exception of Marantz, Teac, Tascam OR ANY UNIT PURCHASED
HERE.

Any special air freight, handling, or
pick up and delivery charges will be
billed to the service order.
5)
Rush repairs
are by appointment only and will be
billed as follows: ASAP is a $50.00 additional charge; Same Day is an $85.00
additional charge. Rush charges must be paid when the repairs are checked in and
are non-refundable.

The current labor rate for electronic
products is $85.00 per hour.
7)
The current labor rate
non-powered speakers products is $60.00 per hour.
8)
The current labor rate for cabling
manufacture or repair is $50.00 per hour.
9)
All warranty repairs must be accompanied by a valid bill of sale.
We will not schedule or proceed with any work until we have received the bill of
sale. Failure to provide such will make repair of contract status. Many
manufacturers do not pay for inbound freight for parts used in their repairs.
We will bill inbound freight to your order as applicable.
10)
Acutrak
shall have no responsibility or
liability for internal data in units.
Back up all data before checking units in for service. Please provide any
factory data with repairs for reloading.
11) All
returned checks shall incur a
$25.00 fee for each time that check
is returned. We reserve the right to refuse any check or credit card.
12) Units
left at our location more than 45 days after completion of repair will be
considered abandoned and will become property of Accutrack. An additional $25.00
fee will be imposed for the issuance of a certified letter or equivalent. We
will also assess attorney’s fees, storage charges, and/or collection charges for
any service order balances due.
13) Any
loaner equipment or parts released to the customer is under our standard rental
terms, a copy of which is available upon request. Your signature on the service
order indicates your acceptance of these terms as well.
14) Customers
are prohibited from opening units after they have been
serviced. Units opened after being
serviced will not be under Acutrak’s warranty regardless of circumstances.
15) Our
hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 10:00 to 7:00, Wednesday, Friday, and
Saturday 10:00 to 4:30.
